Poor Customer Service Contact Centre! 😠

I'm so disappointed with the customer service you get from the Mr Price Call Centre!😠I placed an order on the Mr Price App on the 2nd of July and it was shipped on the same day, I was happy thinking my order will be arriving soon! Little did I know that il be told that my order is stuck with the courier company, it's the 19th of July today and still the status of my order hasn't changed. I've called the customer service department 4 times and they are taking me from pillar to post and all they do is keep you on hold for 10minutes with no resolution to the problem, i am ****ed and your consultants have poor customer service and they can't even resolve customers queries. Can I just get a refund since no one is willing to assist me!
