On Saturday 22 Aug 2026 I came to buy pants for my daughter just discharged from St Anne's Hospital.

In shoe/kids department I greeted floor consultant Andiswa (name confirmed by security) and asked for changing room help. She ignored me, continued chatting to a friend, hands folded, looked me up and down like I am nothing.

To be fair: - The till consultant AYANDA (AYMBO) on my slip was fine. - In SAME kids department, a young Indian lady greeted us with a smile and complimented the pants - excellent service. - Young man carrying tablet was respectful and helpful. - Security at entrance was helpful. Only floor consultant Andiswa had bad attitude.

I worked retail at Truworths Elements for Estee Lauder and Macy's NY for same company before becoming professional nurse in America at Sharon's Hospital. I know service. This was hurtful in front of my sick child.
