POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MR PRICE GROUP AS A WHOLE ENTITY!

I am disgusted at the way Mr Price Group does business!

I have tried calling ALL their numbers since Monday regarding my parcel that I have paid for with my hard earned cash and ALL their numbers don’t go through! Ridiculous!

I have tried the stupid WhatsApp line and no one ever responds to my texts. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday 07/12/2020 but no one has bothered.

I even asked that they give me back my money if delivery was such an issue and they just ignore me. I am mad as hell! Really thought I would give them a try and buy a few items of clothing from th but it seems their customer service is terrible!
