Poor Customer Service at MR PRICE CAVENDISH

On the 5th of May 2021 went to Mr Price cavendish purchased to sets of tracksuits at their POS station the transaction went off twice from my account and it did not automatically reverse back. After a week I contacted my bank to have the matter resolved however they had informed me if I want the matter resolved quicker it would be best if I visit MR PRICE. Went back to MR PRICE after waiting for almost 40minutes for the lady supervisor who kept me even longer at the store because she was pre-occupied with her own stuff instead of listening to my query. I had informed her that I no longer have the receipt and I sent her a snippet of my bank statement reflecting the 2 transactions. It’s been over a month and still no response. Their lines are never answered. Mr Price please sort this query. Thank you
