Poor Customer Service and Unauthorized Activation of Insurances

I'm one of the many Mr Price account holders, and I'm very unhappy with the service. During March 2019 I cancelled my insurances with Mr Price but soon after they put it back on my account without consulting me or asking for my authorization. I have called and emailed Mr Price regarding this, but they told me they cannot help me and that I should go to the store to fix my account. During my calls with customer service they admit that all of my insurances was cancelled during March but they don't know why it was back on my account. I live 100km from a Mr Price store, so why is it that I need to drive so far to fix their problem? I understand that I do owe Mr Price a small amount of money, but that amount is unclear due to the insurance that has been added to my account again for about 7+ months.
