Poor customer service and store presentation

Mr Price Golden Acre continues to show me why I hate visiting the store. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and they are forever busy gossiping instead of assisting a customer first. The shop itself constantly looks like a warehouse - it’s almost never tidy. I try staying away , but Mr Price gets my online order wrong from time to time , which means I have to return unwanted items to this Mr Price as it’s closer to my workplace.

Please work on customer service and store presentation.
