Poor customer service and false information

I brought shoes at Zevenwacht mall Mr Price store 20 and wore them 2 times and the heel of the left shoe became loose, I went back last Saturday I spoke with a manager called Edwina Louw she advised the exchange system is offline and I need to come back the following week. I just got there I spoke with a manager called Ezechiel Mulnarda. He crashed me in front of his employees and buyers telling me they will not take them back. I wanted to advise him what happened he left me there. So much for being a manager. He was rude *********** and lacks ability to approach people. I'm disappointed.
