Poor customer service

I have been struggling to have extra insurance charges removed from my account.

Customer care has promised that it will be removed after a month notice period but this obviously turned out to be a false promise.

Seems that the only option I have left is to pay the outstanding balance and close the account completely.

They are extremely quick to sign you up and let you know what you owe them but to resolve their customers issue is a whole other story.

I expected more from a well known brand like Mr Price.
