Poor Customer Service

December(17/12/2020) i went shopping at Mr Price Key west the was sale for Tees/ Vest two for R 80 and one was R 49.99 i bought 4 of the and they charged me an extra T-shirt/ Vest that i did not take , Sunday( 17/01/2021) i went back and i was told that the is nothing they can do as i came late and they are not sure if i didn't take 5 T shirts/ vest.

I am wondering if Mr Price teaches their staff to call us customers *****'s and lies where they are the one that charged me extra. I was not bored when i went to ask for assist and wont waste my transport money for nothing.

I m highly disappointed with the service i received from them.
