Poor Customer service

I received poor service and treatment I received at the Mr Price store in Vereeniging On my initial visit, I attempted to exchange a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt, and the exchange was refused. During this interaction, a cashier dropped the shoes that were inside my exchange bag. I left the store under the impression that the shoes were still in my possession,When I later realized the shoes were missing, I returned to the same store, as it was the only shop I had visited. Upon my return, the first cashier informed me that the shoes were not found. I stood my ground and requested that she check again. After further checking, the shoes were eventually found However, I was extremely disappointed when the cashier told the manager that I had dropped the shoes in the store, which is not true. This misinformation reflected poorly on me and shifted blame away from the cashier’s mistake. My belongings were clearly mishandled and neglected ,a result of this situation, I was forced to drive approximately 50 km back to the store, wasting time and money due to an error that was not mine.
