Poor customer service

Ordered items a few days ago. For the past three days the order has stated out for delivery but nothing comes. I have received calls from a Joburg number which I missed but did try to call back but it just rings. I tried to make contact Mr price via whatsapp. An agent named Preneshen responded first he **** about the couriers trying to call me today after proving that no one called he just sent me and told me to call then ended the chat before I could even respond. He made zero attempt to help or even assist me. Now I sit without my items.
