Poor Customer Service

I bought a pair of jeans a couple of weeks ago at Mr Price Killarney Mall and I paid with my cheque card, and i went to go return the jeans today and because they didnt have my size i opt for cash back, i had thought they would give me my cash back but nothing was said to me. Nomcebo asked for my card that i used and without saying anything to me she swiped the card and gave back and she first gave me the cash and they she asked for it back as it would be deposited to my card, i then asked her when will it be available and she said it should be in my account now or it will take a day, when i got to work 30minutes later i called the branch to tell them that it hasn't and the guy i spoke to now just told me it will actually take 2weeks to reflect on my account, why would i want to wait another two week to get my money, he mentioned that its the stores procedure and i think that is totally wrong, does it really take 2weeks to get only R129.99 and why wasnt i told about this then? i would have decided then if i would rather sell it to someone or give it away, cause it really doesnt make sense to wait two week, it does not make sense, UNACCEPTABLE!
