Poor Customer service

Horrible customer service at MrP Goldfields Mall for 2 consecutive days,what's even worse is that on the 2nd day which is yesterday morning no one was willing to assist me because all the staff that was working on the 26th will only be arriving at work at 9:30 as I was there already at 9am hoping to get assistance from what they failed to assist with on the previous day 😢
