Poor customer service

I.went shopping at Mr Price shop no 533 kerk street jhb on the 19.02.20 at 11.05 assisted by a lady tax invoice says Emily (Emmab).I am.just standing on a queue observing she is chatting her colleague while serving us not even a greeting ,she just take whatever u buying scan it and take the money. I was not happy with this on my way out i asked a lady if i can speak to the manager whichh she said the manager is not available she referred me to a supervisor who was the 2nd lady who was chatting with this cashier .she refused to give me the manager contact deails said i must leave my contact details which she did not take.she offered to assist asked what was the query she said apologise on behalf of the cashier as i was leaving they were laughing in observance of the other customers.
