POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had the worst experience at Mr Price Kimberley located at 6 Stockdale St, Cbd, Kimberley, 8301. On the 26th of August 2024 I had put in a lay bye for dress and cropped topped. Two weeks later I wanted to go fully pay out the lay bye when I had to wait in a never ending queue that only had 3 people in it, just to show how slow the service is. I don’t know if they look down on me because I am black, I am not insinuating anything. I then left to go back to work as my lunch was over. I then went back on the 26th of September where I was told the system is offline and I should return tomorrow but before two as at 14:00 the stores closes. After 14:00 on 27 September 2024, MR PRICE IN KIMBERLEY CBD AT STOCKDALE WAS INDEED STILL OPEN. the Mr Price Staff is going on as if it is a government clothing shop and they are doing us a favour, BUT THEY FORGET we pay for the clothes
