Poor Customer Service

When I call MRP customer service number ***there is no response all the time. They did not deliver one of the item i purchased online, it was supposed to be delivered on the 13 May 2020. I sent them an email: *** informing them about the missing item. Consult by the name of Sinenhlanhla responded: “she has sent an email to follow up on the missing item”. Up to this day I’m still waiting waiting for their response.
