Poor customer service

I went to Mr Price in Keywest Mall to exchange a Jersey with its original tag on it, that I got as Present from a friend on the 27.08.2020 and a lady by the name of Azwi Tshikwatamba blatantly refused to exchange because I did not have proof of purchase. She said to my face that if I didn't ask questions and humbled myself she would have done the exchange. Poor customer service at its best, I was not asking for cash back all I wanted was an exchange, Please assist
