Poor customer service

I had the worst customer service from one of the Managers @ Mr Price Parow Centre. I do not understand how that woman works in customer service for all these years. Elna assisted by checking the purchase before the cashier packed it into the bag, firstly I greeted her twice with no response, her body language was horrifying and the attitude was plain rude. She took her own sweet time and triple checked the order as if we were planning on *****ing items. I regret spending my R1000 in that store. I work in customer service myself and we have a saying at work "A man without a smile should not open a shop" I have no desire to ever make a purchase at my favorite store again due the disrespect of that Elna woman.
