Poor Customer service

Mr price at the grove mall is so pathetic the cashiers does not know how to treat the customers the reason i go there is because its not far from my work so i just go there during my lunch break... i had my card and ID with me but he wanted to see the mail sent when i ordered online i did not have data and he asked me to go look for wifi and get the email for him i do not have this problem when ordering online from any other Mr price i just give my ID and then get my order

I was so upset i feel like closing my account as this is absurd and so unprofessional NB:MR Price please give training on customer service on how to speak to clients and to value time around 12 till 14:00 as we do not have time to roam around we also have work to attend to..Please let all MR Price have the same policy and not different then the rest what applies to one store applies to the other it was very irritating i have waited my whole lunch to argue with the cashier and i still got attitude.
