Poor Customer Service

I just called the contact center with an inquiry about settling my balance and closing my account. The person I spoke to (Chloe) was the most unenthusiastic person I have ever spoken to, after she asked me if I needed help with anything else with the most mono tone tone, I said 'no thank you that is all' and she said 'ok' and immediately hung up. How terrible!
