Poor customer service

<p>I have bought a pair of Sandals at Mdantsane store on a Monday, then Tuesday it broke . Today I went to hemingways to return the item where I was treated very badly, I had no slip because when I was making a purchase I had no intentions of returning the item, a cashier called Charlie was so arrongant stating that I need to go to the store that I purchased the item at, then later he called his supervisor who is Karen , who also came with attitude telling me about the stock loss they will have, so it took them 35 minutes to be assisted.</p>
