Poor customer service

I have contacted the call centre to try to resolve my issue about the promotional code that i was promised and mr price did not follow through with their promise. I even have sms proof of the promise and that i am within the 30 day expiry date. The lady at Mr price home was so sympathetic at the disgusting manner in which customer service treated me. Needless to say, if you are reading these reviews to decide whether to open an account. I would say run away and run far. I will be closing my account soon
