Poor customer service

I just bought a Teddy Jacket for my son at Mr Price Rusternburg Waterfall mall and I was assisted by Thembisile at 15h02 who gave me a very stinking attitude. The item had no Price on and I was not even aware,when I got to the till point he threw the item back to me saying it did not have a price and I must get the one with a price, I told him that's not my job.

That is poor even worse customer service ever and I feel this Assistant needs customer service training. I felt disrespected . I am not happy. Something needs to be done and I am expecting an apology from this assistant.
