Poor Customer Response

Last week I requested a settlement letter so that I can pay up and close my account and to date I have received no feedback. These people send you constant sms's, emails wanting you to open an account and yet when you want to close it you faced with such a bad response. My spouse and I asked for years to be removed off there marketing databases and still we flooded with these emails from Mr Price. Shocking..................................
