Poor customer experience and service

I'm very dissatisfied about the service I received(still) at Mr price Boardwalk Richards Bay. Yesterday 10/01 I purchased a pair of shoes there, the money left my account, however I was told by the consultant Nhlahla that it was due to network issues they have not received it, he assured me it would be reversed back within 24 hours so I could either pay again or come back the following day with proof. I wasn't convinced since they could not provide me with anything to assure me, I told them how impossible it'll be for me to make the visit to the store today so I ended up speaking to the store manager who promised me a call in the morning after they have finished with their stock taking, they told me they cannot speak to the bank until then. I accepted that. 24 hour's later, 5 calls later to their contact center, I finally got through to the store brunch, Nhlanhla finally came on the line to utter something inaudible as an excuse I asked him to repeat himself but he than muted the phone for over 5 minutes than I ended up disconnecting the call. I have not been able to get through to them after an hour as all consultants tell me their phone extension is not connected or going through. I am very much upset and I wish to have someone get back to me about this since my money has not been reversed either.
