Poor customer experience

Mr Price Waterfall Mall till line is very stressful and even when you complain no one is listening no proper control of line even communication to the customers about delays only few people on the tills I went there Sunday 28th January 2023 was there from 10 am waiting on the que till 12.30 two hours waiting to pay is too much
