Poor Customer Experience

Today I had visited Mr Price in Springs Mall looking for some formal wear. As I do, I selected two items of clothing and went to the fitting room to try them on but had to wait as there was a queue. Once I reached the front, the Lady in charge of the rooms allowed some of her friends to jump the queue and go right in. I told her that I was next in line, but she insisted that the friends of hers were next to go through, although they had not waited in the queue. Her manners and attitude were absolutely disgusting! I am usually a regular customer at the store but after the arrogance I had to endure from the staff, I am totally put off on what the store has to offer and i will never shop at that particular store again.
