POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE

Customer Support Representative did not even read my issue I am having with my purchase. They marked my ticker resolved without it being resolved as the feedback provided was common sense yet how do they expect one to go back to the store to sort an issue with the purchase when the store is in another province.
