POOR CUSTOMER CARE

I am so disappointed with MRPRICE. I recently logged a review with regards to my daughters phone being ****** in their MR PRICE, CLEARWATER branch and they responded to my review, saying that I would personally receive feedback from their regional manager.... This was more than 3 weeks ago and I still have not received any feedback regarding this!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE LIES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
