Poor customer care

I placed an order on the Mr P app, and then canceled it after checkout because I Didn't realise the delivery fee was so high(R350) to be precise but I've sent emails and no emails has been responded wanting to cancel my order and get my full refund but no one has responded... Poor customer service at its best
