Poor Customer Care

<p>I went to Mr Price Trashed and wanted to buy shoes and I got 2 pairs which were on promotion price.When I get to the till the cashier says thus a wrong price and they searched for the item code about 2hrs while I was standing .</p> <p>Why are they putting wrong tags on shoes? </p> <p>Can you let a customer stand 2 good hours ?</p> <p>After that the manager comes and change the price to the amount that was there on the tag.So why did I have to wait 2hrs for the price to be changed.I buy what I see it's Mr Price's mandate to make sure they put tags on all clothes.This has to stop, where is your customer care?</p> <p> </p>
