Poor communication

I had such confusing service at Mr price Dundee Branch. Picked up 2 jeans one for 150 nd the other for R199. Surprisingly when i got to the till my total came up to R380 instead of R350. Asked the cashier why, he tells me its a reprice as i know what that is. To my shock he proceeds to make me pay nd prints the slip. Walks all around the shop with my clothes that i had already pay for to chat with his colleague about it. Not to fix or atleast explain that no its an error nd i should definitely pay R230 for the jeans instead of R199. He hands back the slip to after his chat with the colleague nd left me out to dry. I found this to be very unacceptable. Had he given me a proper explanation i would have been ok, if there are errors with the prices its also ok i don't mind paying the original price. Just COMMUNICATE properly with the client. I'm upset
