Poor client service

Customer service at Mr price Kuruman mall is unexpectedly poor. It isn't the first time but today I felt the need to address the attitude and disrespect we get from the staff manager included. Please clarify to me the process of people waiting the queue and others passing by pay and nothing is discussed or any apology what so ever. Just because the person works in the same complex they have a special card or path way. The person to assist was Boitumelo who after all. This didn't feel the need to apologize but refused to give me her Surname. Her. Manager was next to her who didn't even care to diffuse the matter but laughed it off. I will not be a part of such service. That was the last I visited a Mr price.
