Poor bad service and bad experience

I had experience this a view times.but was thinking I will let it go.but today I experience the same service..I went into Mrp Somerset west mall.the mrp store inside the mall.i went to exchange 3 items just for bigger sizes,there wasn't a bigger size for me in 1 of my other chlothing. I ask the cashier if it's possible that she can check for me on they system if they maybe do have stock at a other branch, while she was checking on the system I also looked on the screen,and saw that they have in stock.i ask so why can't you assist me..the cashier told me , that the people in the stock room said they are not allowed to touch or pull stock for customers. Beacause they are busy unpacking stock...so I ask the cashier so you wil rather send me to a different store instead of assisting me,or take my details give me a call when you do unpack the stock.the moral of the story..the store do have stock but when it's in the stockroom maybe they have allot of boxes or stock they wil not assist their customers, I know allot of my friends that left they contact details so if they find time to unpacking they should give the customer a call.and they never call or inform the customer back..buy if you go to the store than the item wil hang there and no one is phoning you back..they stafff wil never go a extra mile for they customers.like I said for them to find a item for a customer in the store room they wil say in youre face they're not authorized to go to their store room. Which doesn't make any sense
