Poor Bad Service ????

On the 25th May I purchased some items on the Mr Price online app, which also gave me an option to make an instant EFT. So due to the network the payment off twice for 1 order. I then emailed Mr Price the same day with da copy of my bank statement notifying them of the double payment and STILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVE MY REFUND!!!!! All they do is send me back and forth of email asking me for information that I have already provided them with. The level of service I've received is appalling and so shocking. As someone who's in the customer service industry, I've never seen or experienced such BAD SERVICE. From 25 May - 22 June my money has not been reverse and they have confirmed that they did receive a double payment from me. Was told that it will take 7 days but still today I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed that Mr Price could offer such service, it's disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!
