Poor assistance and slow service at tills

I am disappointed with the customer service at the Mr Price store in Capricorn Muizenberg. There is often no staff member available to assist customers at the till points, which leads to long and unnecessary waiting times.

When a staff member eventually arrives, there is very little effort made to provide proper customer service. The assistance is slow, and there is a lack of urgency, even when customers are clearly waiting to be helped.

This situation happens frequently and makes the shopping experience frustrating. I expect better organisation and customer service from a brand like Mr Price. Management needs to ensure adequate staff availability at tills and improve customer service standards.

I hope this matter will be addressed.
