Poor and unprofessional customer care service

Whoever is in charge of the whatsapp chatbot on mr price group must be allocated to other duties with their company not in the customer care department. I had a query regarding a order I made which was supposed to be delivered and wasn't delivered without any communication given.When I followed up the next day after waiting for so long to get a response I spoke to Chloe who was very unprofessional after taking my contact details said she will get back to me after she gets feedback from the courier. She never contacted back after 5 hours I texted them again then spoke to a worse arrogant ,naive and stinking attitude agent Yvonne

Mr price has to up their standards and hire or train gents with very good listening and communication skills .I'm upset, frustrated and extremely disappointed to have gotten such treatment from a mega retail company in S.A
