Poor and *********** services at Mr Price - Richards Bay ....MR PRICE A DEF NO NO

On the 02 February 2019, which was a Saturday , we were shopping at Mr Price Clothing at Inkwazi Mall, Richards bay, my daughter had her handbag on her shoulder and was shopping , when she went to try out her outfit she brought it to my attention her phone was missing from her bag,we went to the manager as its a new phone only a month old and we wanted footage of the store, to my amazement he was of no help , the cameras were not working apparently .. so i asked when did they find out its not working and he said he does not know every question put to him was I don't know , ****ed off as a customer i phoned a lodged a complaint and the complaint was lodged with the wrong store but at least I got a phone call from a Beverly Gova, however she did say she will speak to the area manager of Richards bay and will get back to me , however i did not get a called so i called and lodged another complaint , I was told some one by the name of Imtiaz will call me back as at today i have not received a call , i needed the footage , to see who took it , how can they have all the cameras and security and then nothing works ??????
