Policy out the window!!!
I placed my online order on the 17 December, being last week Thursday an to my dismay I should of expected it yesterday or today atleast (As per the 2-5 day delivery period states very clearly on YOUR WEBSITE!!!). ONLY to find out it is still enroute to Cape Town from yesterday ONLY!!!!! It was said I need to wait till next week Monday or Tuesday before I receive it, which blatantly surpasses YOUR POLICY PERIOD!!!!! <br> <br> I even mentioned a option such as: does any of your stores have stock an I will collect it today to the agent which helped me Nonthando an to no avail. This is the last time I will order online your service is pathetic!!!
