Pointless making payments early ...

Every month for the past year I have been paying my account via EFT using the same reference for my payment by the 25th of each month, last month I was able to pay my account earlier than I usually do. In Feb, i paid my account on the 22nd using the same reference i usually do via EFT and my payment went through successfully from my side but for some reason Mr P didn't receive my payment. So i have been receiving SMS's and phone calls for my payment that i have already made. Today i received and SMS saying that they have not received my payment with a number to call which i did and the person just said to send POP (proof of payment). An hour later i receive a call saying that i have made payment yet when will i be making a payment so i again go through the entire convo again that i had with the person i spoke to an hour ago and this person just repeats most of what i'm saying... Frustrating much... this is very disappointing as this negatively impacts my credit score and creates a bad customer experience... My payment should have cleared with them already as i managed to make my payment earlier than i usually do, what is the point of this...
