i bought a faulty phone two days ago from mr price wonderboom junction the service was disgusting to say the least The phone was not checked in store my sim nit even ricered it was shoved in my face .I took it with a pinch of salt, as some consultants are not trained in the Procedure of instore phone purchase

The phone was faulty ,it froze immediately once it switched on i updated the software after it decided to switch on .but had no joy as i use app for work and convenience it froze all the time and the battery never lasted for more than 4 hours albeit the phone was new,i went in today to ask the manager to assist me as the cell phone consultant REFILWE ,swore and scolded at me the previous day in front of other co-workers who watched gobsmacked .,The manager today 2020/01/25 ZANELE was friendly but was not informed about the terms and conditions of returning a defected cell phone i had to show here on the receipt wherwe it clearly stated that the phone had to be tested iindstore before handover sim card ricared and that if any faults deteced it could be returned she asked a subordinate what she shoulkd do never took my deatils after leaving my phone nor bothereed tro even contact me .I went back after 3 hours of silnce to find her rudly hiding away from me,i then proceeded to call the CUSTOMER COMPLAITLS department and was not assisted by any consultat up until i ESCALATED TO THE COMPLAINTS ESCALATION MANAGER SHERLY /SHERIN NAIKER she was not willing to assist ,up until i told her i would like to speak to her superior as shes taking my compliant lightly she promised to come back to me after an hour.Still no answer

I M really disappointed at the level of knowledge of the cpa,products and general customer serviced etiquette i git sworn at scoled ignored and taken forgatted at all levels it SHOCKING IL NEVER spend a cent in that store again or at their store ever in my life i advise any other self respecting person of any colour not to but with emphasis on BLACK PEOPLE the staff will raiclly profile you as if you're not educate enough to know of the CPA,act and that no company procedure superseded south african law
