Please help here!

Guys what you're doing to me is not right. I made an online order that was supposed to be delivered last week. On Thursday I recieved an email saying that my parcel is on its way. I left work to be at home coz the parcel is on its way. Nothing arrived. Friday the same story. Recieved an email again and the day went on exactly as Thursday. Saturday morning I recieved another email that my package is on its way. Nothing! Sunday came and so did Monday. I called the call centre and they said they're waiting on feedback from the courier company. Today is Tuesday and everyone is just quiet. I feel really bad because of this. Really really bad. I don't even know how to cancel eveything. Mr Price has always been a very good store but making use of courier companies that don't even answer calls is really bad for business. Please I just want to know when I'm recieving ky order. That's all I want to know... :(
