Please do not sign up for their in-store policies

My former in-store funeral policy still has not been cancelled. They communicated with me to request for my details when I requestedbto cancel via email but no further feedback was ever received , yet I am being bombarded to pay for something that I never received feedback or reminders for well over a year until now. It was never done correctly, no constant monthly communication has been sent in well over a year, and you expect a person to pay for it. Do not even think of entertaining these, I was misinformed when a staff member rushed me through the setup of the policy, nothing explained correctly.
