Please consider different courier company

Please for crying out loud. Stop using Fastway, No matter who the merchant is, I always end up having to pick up my parcel at the depot. The tracking always says out for delivery and it never gets delivered. If you call them, you get no answer ever. They do not have a working call center and seriously why must i pay for shipping if I have to drive to the depot to go pick it up myself. Please read the reviews for Fastway on here and on Google, I am not the only person who struggles like this.
