please close the account , as i have settled the account and send a paid up letter.

i have long paid mr Price and closed the account but they still deciding not to remove my name that i don't owe them anymore , they have a paid up letter but still not doing anything about it. i do not understand what do they mean when they say i owe them on my credit review.
