Placing an order online is just shooting yourself on the foot

It has been over 6 working days since I Placed my order(order number : ***) on the 19th August and it was shipped on the 22nd August ,to date the status is still on "Shipped" on the 7th day since it was shipped? Why has it not been delivered to my nearest store ?Even items from China do not take this long to get delivered. I have placed orders online previously and I must say your service is just now going to the pits! I have tried to contact you guys and my call just get hung up on after being rerouted to the mr.price line...
