Placed an order to find it cancelled

<p>I placed an order on the 10th August on a item that was on special for buy 1 get one free.</p> <p>To my surprise the order was cancelled. when querying this with the support department the lady states via email "you cancelled it and should place a new order", after i have told her that i did not cancel the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now the items are not on special anymore and Mr price team is unwilling to assist.</p> <p>Very dissapointed as i am a faithful online buyer, dont think i will be keeping this account for much longer</p>
