****ED OFF/ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE /CALL CENTER SUCKS---#***

I would like a manager to call me back urgently ,i am ****ed off i saw this dress online checked which store has it went to 3 stores out of stock was told its only available online i must purchase it there which i did. i needed it for a function a week later no dress and nobody gets back to you. so i contact your call center today spoke to Reagan very arrogant young man advises me a the dress is out of stock and they were suppose to let customers know which never happened.. until i called i really want my money back and compensated for the inconvenience caused i am so ****ed off at this terrible service whats the point of having an online service if your stock is wrong and show its available and then its not which never happens.

I paid for 3day delivery and nobody bothers to contact you and please train your agents how to speak to a customer and not have an attitude and advise when the ****ing dress will be there..

I want a call back by tomorrow 1clock as to what is happening THANK YOU
