****ED OFF!

I have never been soo dissapointed by MRP and their chosen courier the way i have just now. I ordered items online Monday morning and chose store express delivery option. When i phoned yesterday to find out when can i expect the items i was told they are due to be delivered to the store Friday morning. To my suprise i am still waiting, when you phone the MRP contact centre the phone rings and rings and eventually gets dropped, im sure i phoned about 10 times before someone finally answered. Now the courier company directs me to the mrp customer centre and on the track and trace of the courier company On The Dot , it indicates my parcels was given to the couriers on the 30/05/18. This is soo messed up the way things are going im not going to be getting this parcel today and i need the items for an occassion this afternoon. This is definately the last time i do my shopping there. ****ed!
