Phone ****** inside Mr price westgate

Today,around 15:30 i was shopping at Mr Price westgate a lady pushed me from behind then i thought its a mistake i kept on shopping i ddnt even took me 15min.I went next shop when i get to the door of ackermans thats when I realized that my phone is lost.i went back immediately i spoke to them and tell them what happened,I requested to look into the cameras,maybe that person is still inside the shop thats when they told me there are no cameras inside the store.they sent me to centre management to see footage ,their footage only show people who go in and out not inside the shop.I asked for disclaimer that states its my responsibility if i lost something inside the shop they refused to give me.I was asking the store manager that there is a possibility that even staff took my cellphone because they know the store have no cameras.The manager was justifying for her staff saying they will never do anything like that.
